Richard Challis
Director
Richard has been a Director at HCI since April 2022. With extensive experience in investment strategy, business development, business acquisitions and financial consulting, Richard previously held roles at CDC Group, Cambridge Associates, and BioTherm Energy. He is also a co-founder and Director of Arven, a holding company of select high-quality financial planning firms.
Richard holds an MBA (Finance concentration) from London Business School, an MSc (Distinction) in Energy, Trade, and Finance from Bayes Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Francesca and their young son Teddy, as well as exploring new destinations.
