After graduating from King’s College, London, and spending four years as a teacher, Roger entered the Financial Services Industry in February 1971 and founded the Firm (then known as Cambrian Investments) in December 1973.
Years of organic growth followed where he advised literally thousands of people and helped to launch dozens of careers.
Happily married to Norma with two children – Sally and Jack – both of whom have three children, Roger ceased to advise in 2011. Jack had joined the Firm three years earlier and has built his number of clients to over 800.
